Dosage: 

Adults: Initially take two capsules three times daily for 4 – 6 weeks. Thereafter take two capsules in the morning and two at night.
Teenagers 16 - 18: One capsule in the morning and two at night.
Teenagers 12 - 15: Initially take one capsule three times daily for 4 – 6 weeks. Thereafter take one capsule in the morning and one at night.
