We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or experience a suspected adverse reaction, please contact us at info@perfectlyhealthy.co.za within 30 days of delivery.

Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be considered.

Refunds cannot be granted solely on the basis of perceived lack of results after substantial use or full consumption of a product.

Collection Orders & Uncollected Orders

Customers selecting a collection option are responsible for collecting their order within 30 calendar days of being notified that it is ready for collection.

Orders that remain uncollected for more than 30 days may be cancelled and returned to inventory, disposed of, or otherwise dealt with at the company's discretion.

No refunds, credits, replacements, or compensation will be issued for orders that remain uncollected beyond the 30-day collection period.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

• The product must not be substantially used

• The majority of the contents must remain

• The product must be returned for inspection

Products that have been fully consumed, significantly used, or returned as empty containers do not qualify for refunds.

Return Requirement

No refund will be processed while the product remains in the customer's possession.

All products must be returned to our office and inspected before any refund can be approved.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to our office.

Third-Party Purchases

For products purchased through Takealot, Amazon, or other third-party platforms:

• The product must still be returned to our office for inspection

• Refunds will only be considered once the returned product has been received and assessed

• Platform-specific policies may also apply

Refund Processing

Refund requests are reviewed and processed according to our internal refund schedule.

Please note:

• Refunds are not processed immediately upon request

• Refund approval and refund payment are separate processes

• Refunds are processed only after review, inspection, and approval

• Banking and payment provider processing times may result in additional delays before funds reflect in your account

Submitting multiple emails, calls, messages, or requests will not expedite the refund process.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable where:

• The customer no longer wishes to use the product

• The product is returned due to lack of results

• The order was correctly fulfilled and delivered

Approved refunds will generally apply to the product value only and not to shipping charges.

Allergic Reactions & Adverse Responses

If you experience a suspected allergic or adverse reaction:

• Discontinue use immediately

• Seek appropriate medical advice if necessary

• Notify us within 30 days of delivery

• Provide details regarding the reaction experienced

Each case will be assessed individually and supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered fulfilment, packaging, dispatch, collection, or shipping processes.

Discounts & Promotions

• Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per order

• Discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated

• Discounts must be applied during checkout

• Discounts cannot be applied after payment has been completed

• Missed discounts are not refundable
