SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Perfectly Healthy, we aim to provide reliable and transparent delivery services while working within courier regulations and classifications.


1. Working Hours & Order Processing

Our office operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (excluding public holidays).

• Orders placed after 4:00pm will be processed on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Fridays after 4:00pm, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery timeframes are calculated in working days only. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as delivery days.

Example:
If you place an order on Thursday after 4:00pm, it will be processed on Friday. Delivery will then follow according to the selected shipping method and working-day schedule.


2. South Africa – Standard Economy Shipping

• Delivery time: 1–3 working days (major centres)
• R85 – R199 for orders below R900
• FREE shipping for orders above R900

Important:

Standard Economy Shipping covers courier fees up to R85.00 only.

If the courier rate to your specific delivery address exceeds R85.00 due to courier classification, the additional amount will be payable before dispatch.

Delivery time begins once the parcel has been dispatched and collected by the courier.


3. High-Risk, Remote & Courier Surcharge Areas

We ship nationwide, and couriers deliver to most areas daily.

However, certain delivery addresses may attract additional courier surcharges. These charges are determined solely by the courier company and are outside of our control.

Additional charges may apply due to:

• High-risk area classification
• Remote or rural locations
• Informal settlements
• Farms or village areas
• Restricted-access estates or complexes
• Certain township or outlying classifications

If the courier rate exceeds R85.00 (for example R154, R190 or more depending on classification), we will contact you before dispatch to advise of the surcharge.

This does not mean the courier does not deliver to your area.
It means the courier has applied a higher rate to that specific address.

In such cases, you will be offered the following options:

• Pay the additional courier surcharge
• Provide an alternative delivery address outside the affected classification
• Request delivery to a nearby Postnet branch
• Request delivery to a Bob Box locker (where available)

By placing an order, you acknowledge that courier surcharges may apply to certain delivery addresses.


4. Overnight Shipping (South Africa)

• R165 within Johannesburg
• R199 to other provinces

Overnight shipping applies to working days only (excluding Fridays, weekends, and public holidays).

Orders placed after 4:00pm will be processed the next working day.

Overnight delivery is subject to courier coverage and area classification.


5. Postnet Shipping Option

Postnet-to-Postnet delivery is available at R109.00 if selected at checkout.

The client is responsible for selecting the correct Postnet branch.


6. Botswana Shipping

• Delivery time: 3–7 working days
• Shipping fee: R299
• Additional weight-based charges may apply
• The client is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes


7. Courier Tracking & Responsibility After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, the parcel is considered in transit under the courier’s care.

Tracking details are automatically sent to the client via email  once the parcel has been shipped.

It is the client’s responsibility to:

• Monitor the tracking updates
• Ensure availability at the delivery address

Clients are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

We are not able to control courier routing, delivery sequencing, or operational delays once the parcel has left our office.  Delays may occur due to geographic location, high-risk classification, rural routes, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or operational constraints.

Should you experience a delivery delay, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking number provided for the fastest resolution.
