I’m 51 and perimenopausal. I exercise daily - weight training, running, yoga. I also use body identical HRT which is amazing. However, I have become very prone to injury and joint / muscle pain which is awful. My most recent injury was a form of ‘tennis elbow’ (4 months). I started using TB500 and BPC Synergy about a month ago and my body aches, after a hard gym session, are much much better, but the annoying tennis elbow continues to linger. I have now added the BCP-157 capsules too (recommended by one of your consultants). It’s early days, but I definitely feel a difference in my elbow (after 3 days). I also take KPV at night for overall reduction in inflammation and gut health which I think is very important in Menopause. Overall I am very happy with these products and will continue to use them.
